I have some friends who keep telling me I need to find out how to live from the Bible. But I've gotten along just fine so far by using ordinary common sense to make my decisions, so why should I bother with the Bible?

I don't think you need to be a religious person in order to do what's right. I don't believe in God and neither did my parents, but they taught me the difference between right and wrong, and how to get along with people. That's all that matters, in my opinion. What would you say to that?
