DIRECTIONS TO ROGERS ARENA
Rogers Arena is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver and is easily
accessible via public transportation and private vehicle.
VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The closest SkyTrain station is Stadium—Chinatown Station. For customized public transportation directions to Rogers Arena, please visit TransLink.
Rogers Arena is within a 15-minute walk of more than 7,000 parking spots. This includes an underground parkade (lot 987) accessible off Griffiths Way on the west side of the building. The parkade can be reached by taking either Expo Boulevard or Pacific Boulevard and turning onto Griffiths Way. From Expo Boulevard, turn left onto Griffiths Way and then left into the parkade. From Pacific Boulevard, turn left onto Griffiths Way and then right into the parkade. There is only one parkade entrance. It’s marked with a “Rogers Arena Parking” sign.
All permanent concession stands accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Portable kiosks accept cash only. ATMs are readily available. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Rogers Arena.
Trained first aid staff are available during all events at Rogers Arena. For immediate assistance, please contact the nearest staff member and he or she will have first aid attend to you. First aid staff are also located near Section 104 and Section 306.
All washrooms are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible family washrooms are located near Sections 103, 109, and 319.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEATING: Special seating areas have been designated on the main and upper concourses.
Check with Fan Services upon arrival for the location.
HEARING IMPAIRED SECTION: Section 117 with interpreters.
SPECIAL GUEST/MEDIA/VIP: Check into BGEA Command Center upon arrival.
GROUP BOOKINGS: (More than 30 people arriving by bus) Please check in at our BGEA command center to get your wristbands for seating in sections 108
SEATS RESERVED Seats will be held until 30 minutes before start time each evening.
For your safety and comfort, the following items are prohibited within Rogers Arena: bottles and cans, coolers, sticks, flagpoles, selfie sticks, aerosol cans, weapons, fireworks, skateboards,
rollerblades, roller skates, outside food or beverages, illegal drugs or noxious substances, large cameras, sound and/or video recording devices as per event restrictions, helium balloons,bags or luggage.
Rogers Arena allows small purses, small personal still-cameras, camera cases, binocular cases and diaper bags will be permitted, however, all items that do not pass security must be returned to vehicles.

Lost something? Please call 604-899-7803 or inquire at one of the Guest Service Centers, located at sections 114, or 310. Guest Service Centers staff will also accept any items you find during an event.
