Only God knows her heart, and only God knows whether or not she has sincerely given her life to Jesus Christ.
But if she has, she isn't following Him the way she should be, for Jesus calls us to love others, not to look down on them. Prejudice and racism are sins in God's eyes, and they have been the source of untold evil and violence throughout history. God's love is not limited to any one race or ethnic group, and He doesn't love one group more than any other.
The ground at the foot of the cross is level, for Christ died for people "from every tribe and language and people and nation" (Revelation 5:9). The Bible says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Jesus said, "Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life" (Revelation 22:17).
Pray for your friend, that God will convict her of her pride and her lack of love. Ask God also to give you an opportunity to share your concern with her, and to challenge her to give her life more completely to Christ. And that is Christ's challenge to you, as well.
