I don't know whether or not you ought to change jobs, but God knows all about the pressures you feel, and He knows what is best for you. Don't make a hasty or unwise decision about your job, therefore, but prayerfully seek God's will for your future.
Perhaps His will is for you to find another job -- and if so, He can be trusted to open that door for you. Or His will may be for you to stay in your present job -- and if so, He can be trusted to give you patience and strength to endure a difficult boss.
Either way, don't go only by your emotions or frustrations, but seek God's will for your future. Remember: God loves us, and because He does, He wants what's best for us (even if it isn't always what we want). How do I know He loves us? I know it because He sent His Son into the world to give His life for us. The Bible says, "This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins" (1 John 4:10).
If you have never given your life to Jesus Christ, do so today. Then pray for your boss -- and for your attitude toward him. And no matter what happens, make it your goal to be faithful in your work. The Bible says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men" (Colossians 3:23).
